  • Where do you ship?

    Shipments are made to Greece.

  • What are the shipping costs?
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Orders take 48 hours, from the moment you complete the process, to be shipped from our warehouse, if the product is immediately available.
  • My order was late.
    If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these conditions , the completion of your order.

    Deposit in one of the following bank accounts (valid for shipments only within Greece): Eurobank: IBAN The customer is solely responsible for the correct registration of the account number and the Company does not bear any responsibility in case of error. The exact price of the order must be submitted. In case of transfer from a different bank, the transfer costs are borne by the customer.
  • What if the product I receive is defective?
    Before sending the products, our store carefully checks the quality and takes care of the packaging, so there is no need to worry about defects or poor quality of our products. In all our products, before we send them, the required check is made so that our services are worthy of your trust. However, in the event that a defective product is found on the proven receipts, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our shipping costs. For our store the priority is your service.
